Do you want to feel your best and be confident in your own skin every day? This was me... from a very young age i watched myself gain and lose weight constantly. As an obese child at 10 years old, my parents got me into personal training which ultimately changed my life. It was a battle for years, I lost weight only to gain it all back, and then to lose it again. Through my experiences I have learned that your body is a direct reflection of how you feel on the inside. Feeling comfortable in your skin and working for your best body feels so empowering and I hope I can share this experience with as many people as possible. This is why I want to help YOU!
MY APPROACH
My approach to fitness is realistic and sustainable. Health and fitness should be a lifestyle, not something you do once and then go back to your old ways after you reach your goal. At Eat Sip Lift, we don't look at food and alcohol as our enemy, instead we change our relationship with it and learn how to incorporate it into our new lifestyle. If I told you I eat clean 100% of the time and never taste alcohol, I would be doing a disservice to you. Once I bettered my relationship with food and alcohol, this whole "fitness thing" became a lot easier and more fun to manage. Work hard, play hard.
